Thank you for shopping with Bio Bottles & Supplies Inc. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items once 30 days have passed.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Certain health and personal care products
To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within maximum 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank—there’s often a processing delay.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
